Information you choose to share
When you submit the inquiry form, your name, email, selected topic, project details and any optional information you provide are sent securely from your browser to FormSubmit for email delivery to AmplicityRE@gmail.com. We use those details to respond, discuss the project and maintain related business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
FormSubmit processes the submission and states that it retains a submission archive for 30 days. Delivery is subject to email filtering. Our website does not maintain a separate inquiry database. Business correspondence may remain in our mailbox until it is no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
Website services
The website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting infrastructure processes ordinary request information to deliver and secure the website. FormSubmit processes inquiry submissions and applies its spam protections. Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces. Linked external services have their own privacy practices.
Keep the first note simple
Do not include private client records, children’s personal information, access codes, financial documents or passwords. We can discuss an appropriate way to handle project materials if work proceeds.
