Projects are paid and scoped individually. Tell us what is needed; we’ll discuss availability, responsibilities and cost before making a commitment. Agents at any brokerage are welcome to inquire.

Define the project
Review availability, deliverables, budget and who is responsible for each part. Any vendors and costs are identified in the proposal.
Approve the scope
Work begins after the scope, fees and timing are agreed. Additional work is discussed before it is added.
